SC+ New Hampshire = 26 states
SC + Florida = 29 states
SC + North Dakota = 24 states
SC + Florida + New Hampshire = 30 states, adds New Hampshire
SC + Florida + North Dakota = 30 adds New Mexico
SC+ Florida + New Hampshire + North Dakota = 31 states
